What are your delivery areas and shipping fees?

We deliver to most areas across the Philippines. Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the total volume of your order. You can view the estimated delivery charge at the checkout page after entering your address.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For on-stock items within Metro Manila and Cebu, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days. For provincial deliveries or custom-made furniture, please allow 7 to 14 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), GCash, Maya, and bank transfers. We also offer installment plans through selected partner banks for in-store and online purchases.

Do you offer assembly services for furniture?

Yes, most of our furniture items include free assembly upon delivery within our standard service areas. Please ensure the designated space is cleared before our team arrives.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt if they are found to have manufacturing defects. The item must be in its original packaging and accompanied by the official receipt.

Can I customize the size or fabric of a sofa or mattress?
