Return Process

  Contact our customer service team or visit the nearest Mandaue Foam showroom with your proof of purchase and photos of the item within 7 days.

  Our quality assurance team will review your request to verify the condition of the item and ensure it qualifies under our return and exchange guidelines.

  Item Retrieval

  Once approved, we will coordinate a schedule for our logistics team to pick up the item from your location or facilitate an in-store drop-off.

  Replacement or Credit

  After the item is returned to our warehouse, we will issue a replacement of the same model or provide store credit if the original item is out of stock.
